Acceptance

By using The Unstable Snail website or subscribing to our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't subscribe.

The subscription

A monthly or annual subscription delivers a package of art items to your mailing address on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or via the Stripe customer portal. Shipped boxes are not refundable; unshipped renewals can be refunded by emailing [email protected].

Not medical advice

The Unstable Snail is an art and wellness subscription. It is not therapy or medical care, and it cannot treat, diagnose, cure, or prevent any condition. If you are in crisis, please contact a local crisis line. In the US, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7. Nothing on this site or in the box should be interpreted as medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
