Monthly subscribers are charged the same day each month. Annual subscribers are charged once a year on the same date. We email you 7 days before any annual renewal.

Monthly is $12/month, cancel anytime. Annual is $99/year — same monthly deliveries, but you save $45 by paying upfront.

Yes — open your account, click "Manage in Stripe," and switch. Stripe prorates the difference for you.

Open your account dashboard, click cancel, done. Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and then stops.

If you cancel after we've already shipped a box for the month, that box still comes. The next one won't.

For unshipped boxes — yes, email us. For boxes that already shipped — we don't refund, but if something arrived damaged, we'll always make it right.

Every subscriber has a unique referral link. When a friend subscribes with it, you both get $1/month off for up to 12 months. Stack up to 5 friends for $5/month off.

The discount tied to that referral ends. The other discounts (from your other referrals) stay in place.

You get a $12 credit per active referral applied to your next annual renewal, capped at $60/year (5 referrals × $12). Same dollar economics as monthly.
