• US-only at launch. International coming later.
• Envelopes go out at the end of every month and arrive within 5–7 business days.
• When you subscribe, your first envelope goes out at the end of the month.
• USPS First-Class mail. Tracking emailed when the label is printed.
• Shipping is included in your subscription price.
• If your box arrives damaged, email [email protected] with a photo within 14 days and we'll send a replacement.
• Address changes: update them in your Stripe customer portal (linked from your account dashboard) before the next billing date.
